Article R5132-19 of the French Public Health Code

The managers of the establishments referred to in articles L. 5124-2 and L. 5142-1 and the natural or legal persons authorised to place orders with them must, at all times, provide proof of the acquisition and transfer of the medicinal products referred to in article R. 5132-1.

The supporting documents are kept for at least three years, subject to the specific provisions applicable to narcotics and psychotropic drugs.

The managers and persons mentioned in the first paragraph are also required to provide proof at all times of the authorisation issued pursuant to article R. 5132-75.

Les responsables des établissements mentionnés aux articles L. 5124-2 et L. 5142-1 et les personnes physiques ou morales habilitées à leur passer commande sont, à tout moment, tenus de justifier de l’acquisition et de la cession des médicaments mentionnés à l’article R. 5132-1.

Les documents justificatifs sont conservés au moins trois ans, sous réserve des dispositions particulières applicables aux stupéfiants et aux psychotropes.

Les responsables et personnes mentionnés au premier alinéa sont également tenus de justifier à tout moment de l’autorisation délivrée en application de l’article R. 5132-75.
