Doctors, veterinary surgeons and the groups defined in article L. 5143-6 who are authorised to supply medicinal products are subject to the obligations imposed on pharmacists by this chapter, subject, for veterinary surgeons, to the provisions of the third paragraph of article R. 5141-112.

Les médecins, les vétérinaires et les groupements définis à l’article L. 5143-6 qui sont autorisés à délivrer des médicaments sont soumis aux obligations imposées aux pharmaciens par le présent chapitre sous réserve, pour les vétérinaires, des dispositions du troisième alinéa de l’article R. 5141-112.
