Advertising aimed at healthcare professionals, for a product or object defined in article R. 5134-11, is adapted to its target audience. It specifies the date on which it was drawn up or last revised and includes the following information:
1° The name of the product or object ;
2° The name and address of the company exploiting the product or object;
3° The form of use;
4° In the case of a product, the qualitative and quantitative composition in active ingredients, with the common name, and the essential pharmacological property or properties;
5° The indications and contra-indications laid down in the marketing authorisation;
6° The marketing authorisation numbers;
7° Conditions of use and special precautions for use;
8° any undesirable effects.
