Article R514-25 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The term of office for members of the Guidance and Supervisory Board is three years. This term is renewable.

Members of the Guidance and Supervisory Board, who are elected from among their number by the municipal council of the municipality in which the establishment has its registered office, retain their mandate with the Caisse only insofar as they continue to be members of the municipal council.

The term of office of members of the Guidance and Supervisory Board elected or appointed as a result of a vacancy arising from the death of a member or from any other cause ends on the date of expiry of the term of office of the person replaced.

Le mandat des membres du conseil d’orientation et de surveillance est de trois ans. Ce mandat est renouvelable.

Les membres du conseil d’orientation et de surveillance, qui sont élus en son sein par le conseil municipal de la commune siège de l’établissement, ne conservent leur mandat auprès de la caisse que pour autant qu’ils continuent de faire partie du conseil municipal.

Le mandat des membres du conseil d’orientation et de surveillance, élus ou nommés par suite d’une vacance provenant de décès d’un membre ou de toute autre cause, prend fin à la date d’expiration du mandat de la personne remplacée.
