Article R5141-123-14 of the French Public Health Code

The application for renewal of a parallel import authorisation must be accompanied, where appropriate, by a list of changes that have occurred since the initial authorisation or the last renewal was issued. Where the initial authorisation was granted for a period of five years in accordance with article R. 5141-123-12 of the Public Health Code, the application for renewal must be submitted no later than three months before the expiry date of the initial authorisation.

If no decision is notified or if no additional request is sent to the applicant within three months of receipt of the application, the authorisation is deemed to have been renewed on expiry of this period.

Renewal of the authorisation is granted under the conditions set out in articles R. 5141-123-7, R. 5141-123-11 and R. 5141-123-12.

Article R5141-123-14

La demande de renouvellement d’une autorisation d’importation parallèle est accompagnée, le cas échéant, d’une liste des modifications intervenues depuis la délivrance de l’autorisation initiale ou du dernier renouvellement. Lorsque l’autorisation initiale a été accordée pour un délai de cinq ans conformément à l’article R. 5141-123-12 du code de la santé publique, la demande de renouvellement est déposée au plus tard trois mois avant la date d’expiration de l’autorisation initiale.

Si aucune décision n’est notifiée ou si aucune demande complémentaire n’est adressée au demandeur dans un délai de trois mois suivant la réception de la demande, l’autorisation est considérée comme renouvelée à l’expiration de ce délai.

Le renouvellement de l’autorisation est accordé dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 5141-123-7, R. 5141-123-11 et R. 5141-123-12.
