Article R5141-140 of the French Public Health Code

Monitoring self-vaccines for veterinary use consists of the authorisation holder recording the following information in chronological order:

1° The name and address of the owner of the animal or farm from which the pathogen was taken;

2° The date of receipt of the pathogen sampled;

3° The name and address of the prescribing veterinarian;

4° The pathogen from which the autovaccine was prepared;

5° The date of manufacture ;

6° The batch number;

7° The volume or number of doses prepared;

8° The volume or number of doses delivered;

9° Where applicable, the vaccination schedule or the possibility of renewal mentioned in the veterinary surgeon’s prescription.

This information may be recorded by any appropriate system allowing immediate printing at the request of the control authorities and not allowing any modification of the data once it has been validated.

Le suivi des autovaccins à usage vétérinaire consiste pour le titulaire de l’autorisation à consigner par ordre chronologique les informations suivantes :

1° Le nom et l’adresse du détenteur de l’animal ou de l’élevage où a été prélevé l’agent pathogène ;

2° La date de réception de l’agent pathogène prélevé ;

3° Le nom et l’adresse du vétérinaire prescripteur ;

4° L’agent pathogène à partir duquel l’autovaccin a été préparé ;

5° La date de fabrication ;

6° Le numéro de lot ;

7° Le volume ou le nombre de doses préparées ;

8° Le volume ou le nombre de doses délivrées ;

9° Le cas échéant, le schéma vaccinal ou la possibilité de renouvellement mentionnée par la prescription du vétérinaire.

Ces informations peuvent être enregistrées par tout système approprié permettant une édition immédiate à la demande des autorités de contrôle et n’autorisant aucune modification des données après validation de leur enregistrement.
