The expert reports provided for in article R. 5141-16 consist of a critical evaluation of the various trials carried out, taking into account the state of scientific knowledge at the time of submission of the dossier, presented in summary form and concluding with an analysis of the relationship between the benefits and the risks associated with the use of the veterinary medicinal product.

Each report, dated and signed by the expert, is accompanied by a curriculum vitae. Where applicable, professional links with the sponsor are declared.

Les rapports d’experts prévus à l’article R. 5141-16 consistent en une évaluation critique des différents essais pratiqués compte tenu de l’état des connaissances scientifiques au moment du dépôt du dossier, présentés sous forme de résumés et concluent sur l’analyse du rapport entre les bénéfices et les risques liés à l’utilisation du médicament vétérinaire.

Chaque rapport daté et signé par l’expert est accompagné d’un curriculum vitae. Le cas échéant, les liens professionnels avec le promoteur sont déclarés.
