Article R5142-12-1 of the French Public Health Code

When a company mentioned in article R. 5142-1 plans to close one of its establishments authorised in application of the provisions of article R. 5142-5, it informs the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail. This information is provided:

1° No later than six months before the definitive closure of this establishment for the establishments mentioned in 1° to 3° of article R. 5142-1;

2° No later than one month before the definitive closure of this establishment for the establishments mentioned in 4° to 14° of article R. 5142-1.

Lorsqu’une entreprise mentionnée à l’article R. 5142-1 envisage la fermeture d’un de ses établissements autorisé en application des dispositions de l’article R. 5142-5, elle en avertit l’Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail. Cette information a lieu :


1° Au plus tard six mois avant la fermeture définitive de cet établissement pour les établissements mentionnés aux 1° à 3° de l’article R. 5142-1 ;


2° Au plus tard un mois avant la fermeture définitive de cet établissement pour les établissements mentionnés aux 4° à 14° de l’article R. 5142-1.
