Article R5142-14 of the French Public Health Code

The change of ownership or management lease of part of a veterinary pharmaceutical establishment is subject :

1° A modification of the initial opening authorisation under the conditions set out in articles R. 5142-9 and R. 5142-10 ;

2° The issue of an authorisation to open the establishment granted to the purchaser or the lessee-manager under the conditions defined in articles R. 5142-5 to R. 5142-8.

Article R5142-14

Le changement de propriété ou la mise en location-gérance d’une partie d’un établissement pharmaceutique vétérinaire est subordonné :

1° A une modification de l’autorisation initiale d’ouverture dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 5142-9 et R. 5142-10 ;

2° A la délivrance d’une autorisation d’ouverture accordée à l’acquéreur ou au locataire-gérant dans les conditions définies aux articles R. 5142-5 à R. 5142-8.
