Article R5142-21 of the French Public Health Code

The pharmacists in charge or delegated pharmacists referred to in article L. 5142-1 and the interim pharmacists referred to in article R. 5142-26 are entered on the register of section B or section E of the national order of pharmacists in the case of establishments referred to in 1°, 2°, 3°, 11° and 12° of article R. 5142-1 and on the register of section C or section E in the case of establishments referred to in 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10° and 13° of article R. 5142-1. 5142-1 and on the register of section C or section E in the case of establishments mentioned in 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 13° and 14° of the same article.

Veterinary surgeons in charge and temporary veterinary surgeons are registered with the regional council of the Order responsible for the head office of the company or establishment where they carry out their duties.

Veterinary delegates and interim veterinary delegates are registered with the regional council of the Order responsible for the establishment where they carry out their duties.

Les pharmaciens responsables ou délégués mentionnés à l’article L. 5142-1 et les pharmaciens intérimaires mentionnés à l’article R. 5142-26 sont inscrits au tableau de la section B ou de la section E de l’ordre national des pharmaciens lorsqu’il s’agit des établissements mentionnés aux 1°, 2°, 3°, 11° et 12° de l’article R. 5142-1 et au tableau de la section C ou de la section E lorsqu’il s’agit d’un établissement mentionné aux 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 13° et 14° du même article.

Les vétérinaires responsables et intérimaires sont inscrits auprès du conseil régional de l’ordre dont dépend le siège social de l’entreprise ou de l’établissement où ils exercent leurs fonctions.

Les vétérinaires délégués et les vétérinaires délégués intérimaires sont inscrits auprès du conseil régional de l’ordre dont dépend l’établissement où ils exercent leurs fonctions.
