Article R5142-23 of the French Public Health Code

A pharmacist or veterinary surgeon providing a replacement must register for this purpose with the order to which he belongs and register his diploma, under the conditions provided for in article L. 4221-16 for pharmacists or under the conditions provided for in article L. 241-1 of the rural and maritime fishing code for veterinary surgeons.

The acting pharmacist or veterinary surgeon in charge and the acting pharmacist or veterinary surgeon delegate mentioned in articles R. 5142-26 and R. 5142-27 must go through the same formalities when they are appointed.

Article R5142-23

Un pharmacien ou vétérinaire assurant un remplacement s’inscrit pour ce faire à l’ordre dont il dépend et fait enregistrer son diplôme, dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4221-16 pour les pharmaciens ou dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 241-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime pour les vétérinaires.

Le pharmacien ou vétérinaire responsable intérimaire et le pharmacien ou vétérinaire délégué intérimaire mentionnés aux articles R. 5142-26 et R. 5142-27 procèdent, lors de leur désignation, aux mêmes formalités.
