Article R5142-27 of the French Public Health Code

Where the company is owned by a pharmacist or veterinary surgeon, he may be replaced by :

1° A pharmacist or veterinary surgeon delegate or assistant of the same company ;

2° A pharmacist or veterinary surgeon who has no other professional activity for the duration of his replacement and who registers for this purpose with the competent section of the national order of pharmacists or the regional council of the order of veterinary surgeons.

Article R5142-27

Lorsque l’entreprise est la propriété d’un pharmacien ou d’un vétérinaire, son remplacement peut être assuré par :

1° Un pharmacien ou vétérinaire délégué ou adjoint de la même entreprise ;

2° Un pharmacien ou vétérinaire n’ayant pas d’autre activité professionnelle pendant la durée de son remplacement et s’inscrivant pour ce faire à la section compétente de l’ordre national des pharmaciens ou au conseil régional de l’ordre des vétérinaires.
