Article R5142-28 of the French Public Health Code

The replacement of a delegated pharmacist or veterinarian is ensured under the following conditions :

– by the interim delegated pharmacist or veterinarian mentioned in article R. 5142-26, designated by the competent corporate body ;

– or, failing this, by an assistant pharmacist or veterinarian from the same company or by a pharmacist or veterinarian who has no other professional activity for the duration of the replacement.

Article R5142-28

Le remplacement d’un pharmacien ou vétérinaire délégué est assuré dans les conditions suivantes :

– par le pharmacien ou le vétérinaire délégué intérimaire mentionné à l’article R. 5142-26, désigné par l’organe social compétent ;

– ou, à défaut, par un pharmacien ou un vétérinaire adjoint de la même entreprise ou par un pharmacien ou un vétérinaire n’ayant pas d’autre activité professionnelle pendant la durée du remplacement.
