Article R5142-39 of the French Public Health Code

For each establishment belonging to companies mentioned in 4° to 10° of Article R. 5142-1, the number of assistant pharmacists or veterinarians is set as follows, depending on the number of staff calculated in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article R. 5142-40:

1° One assistant pharmacist or veterinarian for a workforce of between 40 and 100 people ;

2° A second assistant pharmacist or veterinarian for a workforce of 101 to 175 people;

3° A third assistant pharmacist or veterinarian for a workforce of 176 to 275 people and so on for each additional hundred people.

Article R5142-39

Pour chaque établissement dépendant d’entreprises mentionnées aux 4° à 10° de l’article R. 5142-1, le nombre de pharmaciens ou de vétérinaires adjoints est fixé comme suit, en fonction de l’effectif du personnel calculé dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 5142-40 :

1° Un pharmacien ou un vétérinaire adjoint pour un effectif de 40 à 100 personnes ;

2° Un deuxième pharmacien ou vétérinaire adjoint pour un effectif de 101 à 175 personnes ;

3° Un troisième pharmacien ou vétérinaire adjoint pour un effectif de 176 à 275 personnes et ainsi de suite par effectif de cent personnes supplémentaires.
