Article R5142-60 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions relating to full-time practice and replacement contained in articles R. 5142-20 and R. 5142-22 to R. 5142-30 do not apply to the pharmacist or veterinarian mentioned in article R. 5142-54.

However, in the event of absence or impediment, the company shall provide for the replacement of the pharmacist or veterinarian by a pharmacist or veterinarian bound by agreement with the company in this capacity.

In the event of the death or permanent cessation of activity of the pharmacist or veterinary surgeon, or in the event of disqualification, the company shall immediately appoint a new pharmacist or veterinary surgeon.

Les dispositions relatives à l’exercice à temps plein et au remplacement figurant aux articles R. 5142-20 et R. 5142-22 à R. 5142-30 ne sont pas applicables au pharmacien ou au vétérinaire mentionné à l’article R. 5142-54.

Toutefois, en cas d’absence ou d’empêchement, l’entreprise pourvoit au remplacement du pharmacien ou du vétérinaire par un pharmacien ou un vétérinaire lié par convention avec l’entreprise à ce titre.

En cas de décès ou de cessation définitive d’activité, en cas d’interdiction d’exercice du pharmacien ou du vétérinaire, l’entreprise procède immédiatement à la désignation d’un nouveau pharmacien ou vétérinaire.
