Article R518-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Chief Executive Officer may delegate some of his powers to staff occupying the posts mentioned in article R. 518-3.

He may delegate his signature to employees under his authority, including in matters for which he has received a delegation of powers from the Supervisory Board. He may authorise the latter to sub-delegate under the conditions he determines.

In matters for which they have received a delegation of authority from the Chief Executive Officer, the Deputy Chief Executive Officers and the employees mentioned in the first paragraph may delegate their signature to the employees under their authority and authorise the latter to sub-delegate it under the conditions they determine.

Le directeur général peut déléguer une partie de ses pouvoirs aux agents qui occupent les emplois mentionnés à l’article R. 518-3.


Il peut, y compris dans les matières dans lesquelles il a reçu délégation de pouvoir de la commission de surveillance, déléguer sa signature aux agents placés sous son autorité. Il peut autoriser ces derniers à la subdéléguer dans les conditions qu’il détermine.


Dans les matières dans lesquelles ils ont reçu délégation de pouvoir du directeur général, les directeurs généraux délégués et les agents mentionnés au premier alinéa peuvent déléguer leur signature aux agents placés sous leur autorité et autoriser ces derniers à la subdéléguer dans les conditions qu’ils déterminent.
