To ensure the regularity of payments requested as a result of proceedings for the distribution of the sale price of an immovable, an extract of the minutes drawn up by the judge shall be made by the clerk of the court, which extract shall contain :
1° The surnames and first names of the creditors whose claims have been assessed ;
2° The amounts allocated to them;
3° A mention of the judge’s order which, with regard to taxpayers, discharges the entries of creditors who have been foreclosed or rejected.
The cost of this extract is included in the costs of the proceedings. Within ten days of the closure of the order, this extract is remitted by the pursuing lawyer in Paris, to the head office of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, and in other towns, to the representative of the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, failing which the creditors to whom this delay may be prejudicial will be liable for damages.
Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations may not be required to pay any summons or collocation slip prior to the delivery of this extract, except in the case of articles R. 332-1 and R. 334-2 of the Code of Enforcement Procedures.
