Article R519-48 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In addition to the committee provided for in article R. 519-51, the association’s articles of association set up a general meeting and a board of directors. These articles of association lay down the composition and powers of these bodies and the procedures for representing the association in dealings with third parties.

The association ensures that the diversity of its members is represented, particularly in the composition of its governing bodies.

Outre la commission prévue à l’article R. 519-51, les statuts de l’association instituent une assemblée générale et un conseil d’administration. Ces statuts fixent la composition et les attributions de ces organes ainsi que les modalités de représentation de l’association vis-à-vis des tiers.
