The association adopts written procedures for preventing and managing conflicts of interest.
It shall inform the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and its members of any links of any kind, in particular capital or commercial links, as well as offices held on a voluntary basis, between the members of its governing bodies and the banking and payment services intermediaries referred to in Article L. 519-1, the other persons referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 519-2 or the training bodies, which could constitute conflicts of interest.
The association shall review its procedure regarding conflicts of interest at least once a year. It shall adopt all appropriate measures to remedy any conflicts.
