Article R5212-17 of the French Labour Code

Within two months of the end of the agreement, the employer or the branch shall send the competent administrative authority mentioned in article R. 5212-15:

1° The annual reports and the summary report of the actions carried out under the agreement, specifying their financing;

2° The balance of the expenditure incurred for the implementation of the programme with regard to the amount of the contributions mentioned in article L. 5212-10.

At the request of the competent administrative authority, the employer or the branch will also provide the supporting documents required to check the summary report on the actions carried out.

Article R5212-17

Dans les deux mois qui suivent le terme de l’accord, l’employeur ou la branche transmet à l’autorité administrative compétente mentionnée à l’article R. 5212-15 :

1° Les bilans annuels et le bilan récapitulatif des actions réalisées dans le cadre de l’accord, précisant leur financement ;

2° Le solde des dépenses exposées pour la mise en œuvre du programme au regard du montant des contributions mentionnées à l’article L. 5212-10.

L’employeur ou la branche communique également, à la demande de l’autorité administrative compétente, les pièces justificatives nécessaires au contrôle du bilan récapitulatif des actions réalisées.
