Within two months of the end of the agreement, the employer or the branch shall send the competent administrative authority mentioned in article R. 5212-15:
1° The annual reports and the summary report of the actions carried out under the agreement, specifying their financing;
2° The balance of the expenditure incurred for the implementation of the programme with regard to the amount of the contributions mentioned in article L. 5212-10.
At the request of the competent administrative authority, the employer or the branch will also provide the supporting documents required to check the summary report on the actions carried out.
