I.-If the expenditure incurred for the duration of the programme is less than the total amount of the contributions, excluding the amount of expenditure deducted under article L. 5212-11, the employer shall pay the bodies mentioned in articles L. 213-1 and L. 752-4 of the Social Security Code and article L. 723-2 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code sums equivalent to the expenditure provided for in the agreement and not incurred.
II – If the competent administrative authority grants the application for renewal, it may authorise all or part of this balance to be carried over to the new programme.
If the agreement is not renewed, this authority will send the employer notification of the amount to be paid, by any means that can be reliably dated.
III -A copy of this notification is sent to the employer’s social security contributions collection agency.
The amount due is declared and paid by the employer to the body responsible for collecting social security contributions. This payment is made on the first due date for the social security contributions for which the employer is liable to this body at the end of a period of two months following receipt of the notification.
