Article R5212-30 of the French Public Health Code

At the operator’s request, the accredited bodies carry out the inspections in accordance with the specific provisions set out in Articles R. 5212-27 and R. 5212-27-1.

Each external quality control gives rise to a report on the maintenance of the performance of the device inspected. This report mentions the name of the operator, the device inspected, the nature of the checks carried out and any non-conformities observed. It is given to the operator, who records a copy in the register referred to in 5° of Article R. 5212-28.

Les organismes accrédités mettent en œuvre, à la demande de l’exploitant, les contrôles conformément aux dispositions particulières prévues aux articles R. 5212-27 et R. 5212-27-1.

Chaque contrôle de qualité externe donne lieu à l’établissement d’un rapport relatif au maintien des performances du dispositif contrôlé. Ce rapport mentionne le nom de l’exploitant, le dispositif contrôlé, la nature des contrôles effectués et les non-conformités observées. Il est remis à l’exploitant qui en consigne un exemplaire dans le registre mentionné au 5° de l’article R. 5212-28.
