Article R5213-14 of the French Labour Code

The allocation of financial aid is the subject of an agreement between the Minister for Employment and the organisation or establishment concerned. Any other subsidies that the centre may receive are taken into account in the allocation.
The agreement determines in particular:
1° The number of beneficiaries;
2° The nature and types of programmes;
3° The duration of the rehabilitation, re-education or vocational training courses;
4° The technical and financial control procedures exercised over the centre.

Article R5213-14

L’attribution d’une aide financière fait l’objet d’une convention conclue entre le ministre chargé du travail et l’organisation ou l’établissement intéressé. Il est tenu compte, lors de cette attribution, des autres subventions que ce centre pourrait recevoir.
La convention détermine notamment :
1° Le nombre de bénéficiaires ;
2° La nature et les types de programmes ;
3° La durée des stages de réadaptation, de rééducation ou de formation professionnelle ;
4° Les modalités du contrôle technique et financier exercé sur le centre.
