Article R5213-25 of the French Labour Code

The methods of retraining and re-education adopted are communicated to the Labour Inspection supervisor, who may give the employer formal notice to adopt, within a specified period, one or other of the measures set out in article R. 5213-23 or to supplement the measures taken.
