The application for financial assistance submitted under article R. 5213-32 is sent to the Prefect of the department in which the establishment is located.
It shall be accompanied by a technical description of the project and an estimate, as well as the opinion of the social and economic committee.

Elle est accompagnée d’une description technique du projet et d’un devis estimatif ainsi que de l’avis du comité social et économique.
