Article R5213-49 of the French Labour Code

A joint order by the ministers responsible for employment and disabled persons sets the amount of employment aid, as well as an increased amount. This increased amount is applicable when the annual amount of permanent expenses incurred as a result of the disability is greater than or equal to 50% of the product resulting from the calculation determined in application of paragraphs 3 or 4 of article R. 5213-45.

Un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’emploi et des personnes handicapées fixe le montant de l’aide à l’emploi, ainsi qu’un montant majoré. Ce montant majoré est applicable lorsque le montant annuel des charges pérennes induites par le handicap est supérieur ou égal à 50 % du produit résultant du calcul déterminé en application des alinéas 3 ou 4 de l’article R. 5213-45.
