Article R5221-34 of the French Labour Code

Renewal of one of the work permits referred to in articles R. 5221-32 and R. 5221-33 may be refused where :

1° The foreign national concerned fails to comply with the terms of the work permit he or she holds;

2° The employer fails to comply with the conditions defined in 2°, 3° and 4° of article R. 5221-20.

Le renouvellement d’une des autorisations de travail mentionnées aux articles R. 5221-32 et R. 5221-33 peut être refusé lorsque :

1° L’étranger concerné méconnait les termes de l’autorisation de travail dont il bénéficie ;

2° L’employeur méconnait les conditions définies aux 2°, 3° et 4° de l’article R. 5221-20.
