As an exception to articles R. 53-18 and R. 53-19, the data recorded in the national automated genetic fingerprint database, with the exception of that mentioned in III of article R. 53-10, may be consulted, in particular with a view to being matched, by agents of international judicial police cooperation bodies or by agents of the police or judicial services of foreign States, for the purposes and under the conditions set out :
1° By the Treaty on the stepping up of cross-border cooperation, particularly with a view to combating terrorism, cross-border crime and illegal migration, signed in Prüm on 27 May 2005;
2° By any act adopted pursuant to Title IV or VI of the Treaty on European Union and pursuing aims similar, in whole or in part, to those of the treaty referred to in 1°;
3° By any commitment binding, for the purposes defined in article L. 235-1 du code de la sécurité intérieure, France to international organisations or foreign States, under the conditions laid down by the articles 112 à 114 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés.
