The national automated genetic fingerprint database may not be interconnected, reconciled or linked with any other automated processing of nominative information, with the exception of:
1° Processing implemented by the central service for the preservation of biological samples mentioned in article R. 53-20-1. This processing may include a common reference number with the national automated genetic fingerprint database. Under no circumstances may it contain the results of DNA identification analyses;
2° The processing mentioned in article R. 15-33-66-4 for the purposes of updating the file provided for by this decree;
3° The processing mentioned in article R. 249-9;
4° Automated processing used by natural or legal persons approved under the aforementioned Decree No. 97-109 of 6 February 1997 who have carried out analyses under the conditions provided for in Article R. 53-18;
5° Processing authorised by Decree No. 2011-110 of 27 January 2011 authorising the creation of an automated personal data processing system known as the National Police Procedures Drafting Software (LRPPN) and Decree No. 2011-111 of 27 January 2011 authorising the implementation by the Ministry of the Interior (National Gendarmerie General Directorate) of an automated personal data processing system to assist in the drafting of procedures (LRPGN);
6° De la passerelle internationale en matière d’ADN de l’organisation internationale de police criminelle Interpol.
