Article R531-23 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons examines an asylum application under the accelerated procedure, it shall give its decision within fifteen days of the application being lodged.
When a foreign national placed or held in detention submits an asylum application under the conditions laid down in Articles L. 754-2 and L. 754-3, it shall be examined by the Office within ninety-six hours of its receipt.

Article R531-23

Lorsque l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides examine une demande d’asile en procédure accélérée, il statue dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de l’introduction de la demande.
Lorsqu’un étranger placé ou maintenu en rétention présente une demande d’asile dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 754-2 et L. 754-3, elle est examinée par l’office dans un délai de quatre-vingt-seize heures à compter de sa réception.
