Article R531-25 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Decisions regarding the inclusion, removal or suspension of a State’s inclusion on the list of countries considered as safe countries of origin, on the basis of Article L. 531-25, are published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and notified by the Minister responsible for asylum to the Commission of the European Union.

Les délibérations en matière d’inscription, de radiation ou de suspension de l’inscription d’un Etat sur la liste des pays considérés comme des pays d’origine sûrs, sur le fondement de l’article L. 531-25, sont publiées au Journal officiel de la République française et notifiées par le ministre chargé de l’asile à la Commission de l’Union européenne.
