Article R531-27 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons decides, pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article L. 531-10 or Article L. 531-28, not to rule under the accelerated procedure, it shall inform the applicant and the competent Prefect.

Article R531-27

Lorsque l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides décide, en application du quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 531-10 ou de l’article L. 531-28, de ne pas statuer en procédure accélérée, il en informe le demandeur et le préfet compétent.
