Article R532-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

On receipt of an application for authorisation, the AMF will check that it complies with the standard file provided for in the second paragraph of Article R. 532-10 and, if it does, will examine it.

The AMF may ask the applicant for any additional information needed to examine the application. The time limit set by the Authority is suspended until the additional information is received.

Article R532-11

Dès réception d’une demande d’agrément, l’Autorité des marchés financiers vérifie qu’elle est conforme au dossier type prévu au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 532-10 et, dans l’affirmative, procède à son instruction.

L’Autorité peut demander au requérant tous éléments d’information complémentaires nécessaires pour l’instruction du dossier. Le délai imparti à cette autorité est suspendu jusqu’à réception des éléments complémentaires.
