Article R532-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

At any time during the procedure, the president of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile or of the panel to which a case is assigned may refer the decision on the appeal to the panel provided for in Article R. 131-7.

A tout moment de la procédure, le président de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile ou de la formation de jugement à laquelle une affaire est attribuée peut renvoyer le jugement du recours à la formation prévue par l’article R. 131-7.
