Article R532-27 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the President of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile or the designated President decides before the hearing, on his own initiative or at his request, to refer the examination of the appeal to a panel pursuant to Article L. 532-7, the parties are notified by any means.

Lorsque le président de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile ou le président désigné décide avant l’audience, de sa propre initiative ou sur demande, de renvoyer l’examen du recours à une formation collégiale en application de l’article L. 532-7, les parties en sont avisées par tout moyen.
