Article R532-28-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Each of the documents attached to the application and transmitted by the representative in the application referred to in Article R. 532-28-1 must be transmitted in a separate file, failing which the appeal will be inadmissible.

This obligation also applies to the transmission of attachments to supplementary pleadings.

Each file bears a heading beginning with the serial number assigned to the document it contains by the detailed inventory provided for in Article R. 532-7. Where the agent uses the automatic generation of the inventory enabled by the application, the file heading also describes the contents of this item in a sufficiently explicit manner.

The obligations set out in the two preceding paragraphs are prescribed to the agent on pain of seeing the document removed from the proceedings after an invitation to regularise has not been followed up.

If the characteristics of certain pleadings or exhibits preclude their communication by electronic means, they shall be transmitted to the court on a physical medium. Their production must be announced by the representative in the corresponding section of the application

Chacune des pièces jointes à la requête et transmises par le mandataire dans l’application mentionnée à l’article R. 532-28-1 doit l’être par un fichier distinct, à peine d’irrecevabilité du recours.

Cette obligation est également applicable à la transmission des pièces jointes aux mémoires complémentaires.

Chaque fichier porte un intitulé commençant par le numéro d’ordre affecté à la pièce qu’il contient par l’inventaire détaillé prévu à l’article R. 532-7. Lorsque le mandataire recourt à la génération automatique de l’inventaire permise par l’application, l’intitulé du fichier décrit également le contenu de cette pièce de manière suffisamment explicite.

Les obligations fixées aux deux alinéas précédents sont prescrites au mandataire sous peine de voir la pièce écartée des débats après invitation à régulariser non suivie d’effet.

Si les caractéristiques de certains mémoires ou pièces font obstacle à leur communication par voie électronique, ils sont transmis à la cour sur support matériel. Leur production doit être annoncée par le mandataire dans la rubrique correspondante de l’application
