Article R532-29 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The decision to refer a matter pursuant to Article L. 532-5 is made by the panel referred to in Article R. 131-7.
It is sent to the Secretary of the Administrative Jurisdiction Department of the Council of State, along with the case file, within eight days of its pronouncement. The applicant and the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons are notified of this transmission by notification made to them of the decision, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by any other means allowing proof of its receipt by the addressees.

La décision de renvoi d’une question en application de l’article L. 532-5 est prononcée par la formation visée à l’article R. 131-7.
Elle est adressée au secrétaire du contentieux du Conseil d’Etat, avec le dossier de l’affaire, dans les huit jours de son prononcé. Le requérant et l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides sont avisés de cette transmission par notification qui leur est faite de la décision, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par tout autre moyen permettant de faire la preuve de sa réception par les destinataires.
