Article R532-33 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In the notification referred to in I of Article L. 532-34, the Autorité des marchés financiers shall send the European Securities and Markets Authority the AIFM’s assessment of the reference Member State and information about its marketing strategy.

Dans la notification mentionnée au I de l’article L. 532-34, l’Autorité des marchés financiers transmet à l’Autorité européenne des marchés financiers l’appréciation du gestionnaire sur l’Etat membre de référence ainsi que les informations relatives à sa stratégie de commercialisation.
