Article R532-44 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The panel deliberates in the absence of the parties. The rapporteur does not have the right to vote.
The decision is taken by a majority of votes. A copy of the list of the hearing mentioning the meaning of the decisions thus reached is signed by the members of the judgment panel.
Persons who take part in or attend the deliberations are subject to the obligation to respect secrecy under penalty of the sanctions provided for in Article 226-13 of the Penal Code.

La formation de jugement délibère hors la présence des parties. Le rapporteur n’a pas voix délibérative.
La décision est rendue à la majorité des voix. Un exemplaire du rôle de l’audience mentionnant le sens des décisions ainsi arrêté est signé par les membres de la formation de jugement.
Les personnes qui participent ou assistent au délibéré sont soumises à l’obligation d’en respecter le secret sous peine des sanctions prévues par l’article 226-13 du code pénal.
