Unless the hearing is recorded, minutes are drawn up by the registrar in each of the two courtrooms.
2° The name of the appellant and the number of the appeal;
3° Where external agents are used to record sound and images, the names of these agents;
4° The date and time of the start of the audiovisual communication;
5° Any technical incidents noted during the hearing that may have disrupted the communication;
6° The time of the end of the audiovisual communication.
Where applicable, the name of the lawyer and the name of the interpreter are also mentioned on the minutes drawn up in the hearing room in which they are present.
These minutes certify that both hearing rooms are open to the public, subject to a decision to hold the hearing in camera pursuant to Article L. 532-11.
