Article R*532-64 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The application of the provisions of this section shall not prevent the use of the powers that the President of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile and the Presidents appointed for this purpose hold under the provisions of Article R. 532-3.
