Article R532-69 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A refugee to whom one of the measures provided for in articles 31, 32 and 33 of the Geneva Convention of 28 July 1951 has been applied may lodge an application with the Cour nationale du droit d’asile, within the time limit provided for by article L. 532-4 and in accordance with one of the procedures listed in the order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for asylum to which article R. 532-8 refers.
The application from the person concerned shall state their surname, first names, date and place of birth, nationality and place of residence. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the contested measure and a copy of the decision by which the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons has placed the person concerned under its protection.
The application must set out the factual and legal circumstances which, in the applicant’s view, prevent the enforcement of the measure to which the person concerned is subject.

Article R532-69

Le réfugié auquel il est fait application de l’une des mesures prévues aux articles 31, 32 et 33 de la convention de Genève du 28 juillet 1951 peut saisir la Cour nationale du droit d’asile, dans le délai prévu par l’article L. 532-4 et selon l’une des modalités énumérées par l’arrêté du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé de l’asile auquel renvoie l’article R. 532-8.
La demande de l’intéressé mentionne ses nom, prénoms, date et lieu de naissance, nationalité et domicile. Il y est joint une copie de la mesure contestée ainsi qu’une copie de la décision par laquelle l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides l’a placé sous sa protection.
L’intéressé expose, dans sa demande, les circonstances de fait et de droit qui s’opposent, selon lui, à l’exécution de la mesure dont il fait ainsi l’objet.
