Article R5322-12 of the French Public Health Code

With regard to the matters mentioned in 12° and 13° of Article R. 5322-11, the Board of Directors may delegate to the Chief Executive Officer all or part of its powers within limits that it shall determine. The Chief Executive Officer shall report to the next meeting of the Board of Directors on the decisions he has taken by virtue of this delegation.

En ce qui concerne les matières mentionnées aux 12° et 13° de l’article R. 5322-11, le conseil d’administration peut déléguer au directeur général tout ou partie de ses compétences dans des limites qu’il détermine. Le directeur général rend compte, lors de la plus prochaine séance du conseil d’administration, des décisions qu’il a prises en vertu de cette délégation.
