I. – The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall collect, under the conditions defined by order of the Minister responsible for the economy, the information referred to in c and d of Article 51 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 published by investment firms as well as the information they provide concerning the gender pay gap.
II. – The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall collect, for each investment firm referred to in I, information relating to the number of natural persons whose remuneration amounts to at least one million euros per financial year, broken down by remuneration tranches of one million euros, the functions performed by these persons and their area of activity, the main salary components, bonuses, long-term allowances and discretionary pension contributions and their amounts.
III. – At the request of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, an investment firm shall send it the total remuneration for each member of the board of directors, the supervisory board or any other body exercising equivalent supervisory functions, as well as for the persons mentioned in 2° of Article L. 533-25.
IV. – The information referred to in I and II is sent by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution to the European Banking Authority.
