Article R54-10-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The period of time after which the AMF’s silence on registration applications submitted pursuant to Article L. 54-10-3 shall be deemed to constitute a decision of acceptance is six months from the date of receipt of the complete application.

If the AMF asks the applicant to provide additional information needed to examine the application, the period provided for in the previous paragraph shall be suspended until receipt of the requested information.

Le délai à l’expiration duquel le silence gardé par l’Autorité des marchés financiers sur les demandes d’enregistrement formées en application de l’article L. 54-10-3 vaut décision d’acceptation est de six mois suivant la date de réception du dossier complet.

Lorsque l’Autorité des marchés financiers demande au requérant des éléments d’information complémentaires nécessaires à l’instruction du dossier, le délai prévu à l’alinéa précédent est suspendu jusqu’à réception des éléments demandés.
