Article R546-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the purpose of verifying the good repute conditions referred to in articles L. 519-3-3, L. 541-2, L. 541-7 and article L. 548-4, the body referred to in I of article R. 546-1 shall request the bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record of the person concerned from the automated national criminal record by a secure means of telecommunication, or its equivalent for persons referred to in article L. 545-1 who are nationals of another Member State of the European Union or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, as well as persons from New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands.

A l’effet de vérifier les conditions d’honorabilité mentionnées aux articles L. 519-3-3, L. 541-2, L. 541-7 et à l’article L. 548-4, l’organisme mentionné au I de l’article R. 546-1 demande communication du bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire de la personne intéressée au casier judiciaire national automatisé par un moyen de télécommunication sécurisé, ou de son équivalent pour les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 545-1 ressortissantes d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, ainsi que pour les personnes originaires de Nouvelle-Calédonie, de Polynésie française et des îles Wallis et Futuna.
