Article R5522-17 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article R. 5134-171 in Mayotte, 1° to 3° are replaced by 1° and 2° as follows:

” 1° The director of the Mayotte university training and research centre, or his representative;

“2° Two to four members of the inspectorate and heads of schools, including at least one head of a private school under contract with the State. “

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 5134-171, les 1° à 3° sont remplacés par des 1° et 2° ainsi rédigés :

” 1° Le directeur du centre universitaire de formation et de recherche de Mayotte, ou son représentant ;

“ 2° De deux à quatre membres des corps d’inspection et chefs d’établissement, dont au moins un chef d’établissement d’enseignement privé ayant passé un contrat avec l’Etat. ”
