Article R5522-47 of the French Labour Code

On receipt of the application for approval provided for in article R. 5522-46, the State representative will refer the matter to the President of the Regional Council for his opinion, which, in the absence of an explicit response, will be deemed to have been given within four weeks of the referral.

Dès réception de la demande d’agrément prévu à l’article R. 5522-46, le représentant de l’Etat saisit le président du conseil régional en vue de recueillir son avis, qui, à défaut de réponse explicite, est réputé avoir été donné dans un délai de quatre semaines à compter de la saisine.
