Article R5522-50 of the French Labour Code

In order to receive the job creation premium, the approved company must:
1° Provide the State representative with information on the company’s workforce and development, the content and transmission date of which are determined by order of the ministers responsible for employment and overseas France;
2° Fulfil its tax and social security obligations, where applicable as part of a payment plan;
3° Increase its number of employees in relation to the reference workforce.

Article R5522-50

Pour percevoir la prime à la création d’emplois, l’entreprise agréée :
1° Transmet au représentant de l’Etat les informations sur les effectifs et le développement de l’entreprise dont le contenu et la date de transmission sont déterminés par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’emploi et de l’outre-mer ;
2° S’acquitte de ses obligations fiscales et sociales, le cas échéant dans le cadre d’un plan d’apurement ;
3° Accroît ses effectifs salariés par rapport à l’effectif de référence.
