Article R5522-60 of the French Labour Code

Applications for aid for young people’s initiative projects are examined:
1° For business start-ups, under the same conditions as for the aid provided for in articles L. 5141-1, L. 5141-2 and L. 5141-5. The application may be examined in conjunction with these;
2° For mobility training, by the regional delegate of the Agence nationale pour l’insertion et la promotion des travailleurs d’outre-mer (National Agency for the Integration and Promotion of Overseas Workers) or by the regional director of Pôle emploi or his/her representative or by the manager of the organisation approved for this purpose in accordance with the procedures set out in articles R. 5522-80 and R. 5522-82.

L’instruction du dossier de demande d’aide au projet initiative-jeune est assurée :
1° Pour la création d’entreprise, dans les mêmes conditions que pour les aides prévues aux articles L. 5141-1, L. 5141-2 et L. 5141-5. Le dossier peut être examiné conjointement à celles-ci ;
2° Pour la formation en mobilité, par le délégué régional de l’Agence nationale pour l’insertion et la promotion des travailleurs d’outre-mer ou par le directeur régional de Pôle emploi ou son représentant ou par le responsable de l’organisme agréé à cet effet selon les modalités prévues aux articles R. 5522-80 et R. 5522-82.
